It's no big secret that lately I have really suffered with my skin and have had nothing but problems with blemishes. As soon as I would get rid of one another one would arrive the next day which was a never ending annoyance. A couple of weeks ago it got quite bad and it really got me down how bad my skin was getting. I don't want to offend anyone because I know some people suffer even worse then me with their skin and are acne prone but as someone who never really suffered with blemishes this was bad for me.
I've tried numerous amounts of lotions and potions to try and combat this problem all with the same result... Failure! So I took to Twitter to ask you lot what you would recommend, I got all sorts of answers but majority was to try the Origins Spot Remover. Being a beauty blogger I had obvious heard a lot about this product already and lucky for me Origins has just become one of the brands I can get discount on at work so I snapped this puppy up!
A little bit about the product...
With the blemish fighting ingredient of Salicylic Acid it instantly helps speed up healing while anti-spot technology helps correct the scaring and darkness left behind which is something I suffer with quite bad. Now don't expect to put this on at night and suddenly wake up the next morning with fresh 100% clear skin but you can definitely tell a difference straight away. For more information go to the Origins site.
My Verdict...
I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and have already seen a major difference. My biggest battle was not necessarily the spot itself more the redness and scaring of the spot. So after using this morning and night for a couple of days I could already see the redness had calmed down, I would even go as far as saying near completely vanished. It has made covering up the blemishes a lot easier now they aren't as red and inflamed. I was slightly worried that it would dry out my skin but I don't seem to have had a problem with it. This product is most certainly a must have in my skin care now and couldn't imagine not using it!
It's available from the Origins site for £13.

This has been in and out of my online basket so many times!! I was worried about it drying my skin out too, sometimes these spot treatments are quite strong and make your skin all flaky which looks worse than the actual spot itself, brilliant post, I might have to take the plunge now!! xx
