Wishlist | Chanel Les Beiges 2015 Summer Collection

Chanel is one of the brands I don't own anything from. For a long time I couldn't actually afford anything from Chanel, which was sad but kind of helped by the fact that a lot of stuff never actually jumped out at me so I would never justify spending the money on it. The newest collection has been released and for the first time there are a few bits I feel like I really need want. And since now I can afford to purchase it I thought I would show you what hopefully will soon be mine.

Healthy Glow Multi-Colour SPF15 Mariniere No1 - £44.00

I'm a MAC mineralize skinfinish through and through, I love my Soft and Gentle. Although this isn't a highlighter I still love the concept of a powder that gives you a healthy glow, plus it just looks pretty.

Healthy Glow Sheer Colour Stick No21 - £32.00
I don't own any blush sticks so probably would be better to try out a cheaper version but when I swatched these on my hand they were so creamy and easy to blend that I know think I would love them.

Levres Scintillantes Glossimer 'Beige Star' - £22.00
I've been on the search for the perfect nude gloss but they are always either too nude and look like I've applied concealer to my lips or too pink. Finally I think I've found the perfect gloss. So much I think I'm going to have to buy 2 just so I have a back up.

I know what you're probably thinking, £25 for a lip balm!!! And to be fair that is excessive. A lip balm is a lip balm at the end of the day right!

Le Vernis '661 Precious Beige' & '655 Beige Rose' - £18.00
I know Chanel Nail Polishes are legendary for not lasting long and for chipping straight away but I believe with a good base coat and top coat this can be changed. Out of the four shades available, these were my two favourite.

Has anything from this collection caught your eye?

Summer 2015 | The Body Shop

I love this time of year for a few reasons. Firstly and most important it's my birthday on the 11th July but also because some of my favourite brands start bringing out amazing products for the summer. So today I thought I'd show you what is already available from The Body Shop for Summer 2015.

Virgin Mojito Body Sorbet - £8.00*

This is possibly the one product I am most excited about! I must confess, I don't always use body lotion! I should but I guess the lazy girl inside can never be bothered. This could have something to do with having bad experiences where they take forever to sink into the skin etc. So the fact this does the same job but in a completely different formula is why I can't wait to try it out. And I can imagine putting this is the fridge will make for an even better experience.

Honey Bronze Face Gel - £12.00* | Honey Bronze Tinted Leg Mist - £15.00*

I use to be an avid tanner. I never got on with spray tans so moved on to using the Rimmel Instant Tanning Products any time I wanted that bronze glow. So when I saw these products I got a bit giddy and thought it's the perfect time of year to start using these. The face gel is best recommended mixed in with your moisturiser to achieve a nice bronzed look. My legs almost never tan so the tinted leg mist looks like it will be the answer for my pale pins.

Honey Bronze Highlighting Dome - £8.00*

I don't own anything like these, a dome shaped creamy highlighter to give a natural looking flush of warm shimmer. I've got 01-Golden which looks like the perfect highlighter and 03-Bronze which for my skin tone looks a little dark to be a highlighter so I will play around with this to see how I can use it.

I'm excited to try out all these products and give you all my view on them. So look out for future reviews.

Do you own any of these products? What are your holy grail summer products?

Haul | A Welcomed Edition To My Naked Family

I've owned a few Urban Decay products for a couple of years but always lusted after the coveted Naked Palettes after finding it hard to splash the cash. So last year I was so excited when I managed to bag the Naked 1 palette for the bargain price of £9.99. You can see my post all about that here.

Just over a year later and a lot has changed in my life (mainly the fact I've finally paid all my debt off and am now officially debt free!!!) which means I have more spare money to buy the things I've wanted for so long. So welcome Naked 2 palette to the makeup family...

I'm so glad I've finally got my hands on it and cannot wait to purchase the Naked 3 as well. Another thing I was pleased to see was the samples of their primer potions. I last used these about 2/3 years ago and were my holy grail eye primer so am excited to try all the different formulas out. I will be sure to do a review (even though I'm about 5 years late to the party) and also I was thinking of posting some makeup looks I create with the palette, what do you think? Is that something you would like to see?

What's your opinion on the Naked Palettes?

Beauty Tip | Primark Brush Cleaning Companion

Whenever I pop in to town one place I always visit without a doubt is Primark. And as well as spending ages looking through the clothes, shoes and accessories one department I love to look at is the home ware.
A couple of weeks back I came across this little beauty and instantly thought I could use this for something other than it's actual purpose. We all know the struggle of cleaning makeup brushes and how much we all hate (well some people might find pleasure in the process) when that time rolls around and we need to deep clean but I've found this beauty helps ease the pain. Before I bought the dish drying mat, I could never find tea towels big enough to cope with my mountains of wet brushes and I didn't want to ruin any nice towels I owned. The dish drying mat seems to be the perfect size, well until I buy more brushes anyway. And since it's purpose is to help dry dishes I feel the material helps dry my brushes quicker than normal. I can't quite remember how much this was but knowing Primark it can't of been more than a couple of pounds but I have found similar products on Amazon for not much more here.

Do you have any gadgets or products to help ease the pain of cleaning those pesky brushes?

Wishlist | Crown Brush

Brushes are the next thing in my collection I want to grow as I have the bare essentials but definitely need more. Especially since its a bit of a pain to have to continuously clean my brushes as I have no back ups.

I first heard of Crown Brush through other beauty bloggers but I first came into contact with them last year at IMATS where I picked up a couple of brushes. I am going to IMATS again this year so will definitely be picking up more next month, so I thought I would show you a few I am interested in picking up.

Blush! Bronze! Illuminate! isn't technically a brush but it has most definitely intrigued me. I've seen some similar products from the likes of IT Cosmetics but obviously this is cheaper and easier to get hold of. The C473 Studio Pro Contour is the brush I'm most excited to get as I don't actually own a contour brush, I've just made do with other brushes to do the job. The C437 Pro Dome Blender is the perfect brush for applying blush and highlight. I already own the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge and do hope to own a Beauty Blender soon but what harm is it to try another beauty sponge right? And finally the C139 Stiff Tapered Crease brush is a staple favourite in the beauty world and looks like a lovely crease brush.

Do you own any Crown Brushes? What's your favourite brush?

Online Shopping | Beauty Crowd

I can't actually remember how I came across this amazing website. It may have been through an email hmm.. never mind but I was so excited when I stumbled across it! It sells a whole range of different brands but what got me the most excited was that they sell some American brands we have no access to in the UK.

I can't wait for payday to roll around so I can make an order. Obviously there are a lot more things I want to purchase but I thought I'd show you my top few items I'm hoping to purchase when I do make an order...

Jordana

L.A. Girl

Milani

Do you already own any of these? What's your favourite products from these brands?

If you haven't heard of Makeup Revolution by now where have you been? They took the beauty world by storm over a year ago with their amazing products for such low prices. So the other week I placed an order and wanted to show you what I got...

A rundown of what I purchased...

- Ultra Blush & Contour Palette 'Hot Spice'

- I Heart Makeup Blushing Hearts Blusher 'Blushing Heart'
- I Heart Makeup Blushing Hearts Highlighter 'Goddess Of Love'
- Focus & Fix Liquid Concealer '01 Fairest'
- Amazing Lipstick 'Depraved'
- Amazing Lipstick 'Dare'
- Amazing Lipstick 'Rebel With A Cause'
- Amazing Lipstick 'Flashing'
- Amazing Lipstick 'Enchant'
- Amazing Lipstick 'Crime'
- Amazing Lipstick 'Sweetheart'
- Iconic Pro Lipstick 'Blindfolded'
- Iconic Pro Lipstick 'Game Of Mystery Matte'
- Iconic Pro Lipstick 'Somewhere Out There'
- Iconic Pro Lipstick 'Duel'

All of these goodies are available from their website here and came to the grand total of £40.94 which I think you'll agree is an amazing deal considering you can't even buy 2 Mac foundations for that amount. And for the quality of the products it's most definitely my favourite cheaper/drugstore brand! Also I'll just mention that I can't wait to make my first order from their sister company Freedom Makeup.

If you would like to see an in depth review on any of the products above, let me know if the comments below!

Review | Kiss Cosmetics Sheer Stick

Kiss Cosmetics is a brand I've been following on Facebook for quite a while now. An up and coming UK based colour cosmetics brand which started out solely focusing on quality lip products but has just released its first mascara. All their products are cruelty free and all the ingredients are listed on the products. They kindly contacted me and offered me a chance to try out their next new product. Introducing the Sheerstick*...

Consisting of 8 understated shades, Sheerstick is exactly what it says it is... sheer! It contains Vitamin E and Jojoba oil and delivers a moisturising feel with a translucent non sticky flush of colour.

What Sheerstick is: A Lightweight, glossy and translucent colour all in one stick. It has a menthol scent which isn't too strong but gives an uplifting sensation for the lips.
What Sheerstick does: It creates a fresh natural look with a slight hint of colour which makes it great for during the daytime. It has a similar effect as a sheer lipgloss but in an entirely different formula.

What I love about this product is how perfect it is for lazy days or when you're on the move. As it's sheer it's one of those products where you don't need a mirror to quickly apply when out and about. The colour I got sent was See-Thru Rouge which is a classic bright cherry red with blue undertones.

The Sheerstick will be available to purchase on the Kiss Cosmetics Website from Friday 5th June. The RRP is £7.00.

Have you tried anything from Kiss Cosmetics before?
